Report UC Discrimination in Admissions

For at least the last decade, the University of California system has engaged in covert racial preferences that award admissions to less qualified students from preferred racial groups.

In 2020, the UC was emboldened by Proposition 16 and couldn't wait to racially balance its incoming class. Using the pandemic as a veneer, the UC Regents voted to abandon standardized tests in its 2020-21 admissions and are now considering to go permanently test-blind. It is an open secret that UC has taken these measures under the pretense of equity to racially discriminate against Asian-American students. While UC’s admission results for this cycle are coming to light, Californians for Equal Rights Foundation (CFER) is alerted by many parents and students about steep declines of Asian-American admissions at top UC campuses. This, in addition to strong statistical evidence of UC’s racial discrimination in various admission decisions, necessitates further coordinated actions to hold UC accountable to its potentially illegal and unconstitutional actions. Thereby, CFER calls upon applicants who were unfairly rejected by UCLA or UC Berkeley in the last 10 years to contact us with further details so that we can mount an effective case against UC. Please take a few minutes to fill out the form below. Your information will be kept in confidence by CFER.
